With over seven years of extensive experience in public accounting, Nathan has developed an expertise in providing audit, assurance and consulting services to a variety of broker-dealers, hedge funds, commodity pools and other investment companies.  In 2012 Nathan graduated from Texas A&M University - Commerce with a Master's in Business Administration and a Bachelor's in Professional Accounting and in 2014 earned his CPA designation. Nathan began his career in public accounting with CF Accountants and Consultants, a local Dallas based firm which later merged with Moss Adams in 2016.  During his time with CF and Moss Adams, Nathan directed and managed the majority of the Dallas office's broker-dealer, hedge fund, commodity pool and investment company audits.  After leaving Moss Adams in 2017, Nathan decided to start a new type of firm that would better leverage technology and expertise and rely less on personnel with the goal providing exceptional professional services at a more reasonable price point.
